Return and Exchange Policy

14 full days for returns from the date of product receipt.

How to return?

1. Send an email to support@defrostx.co.il with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive approval and instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging.
4. Send it back via the courier we will arrange for you.
5. The money will be refunded within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Conditions:

• The product must be in new, unused condition.
• The original packaging and all parts must be intact.
• In case of a defect or damage not caused by the customer — DefrostX covers all return costs.

Manufacturer's warranty: 12 full months on the device.
